Schmooze, Meme-based Dating App, Raises $4 Million in Series A Funding

Schmooze, a meme-centric dating app, has secured $4 million in Series A funding led by Elevation Capital. Joining the round were notable angel investors, including founders from Ultrahuman, The Souled Store, Mosaic Wellness, and Paytm.

This latest investment follows an earlier round of $3.47 million from Inventus Capital Partners and others.

Expansion Plans

Schmooze plans to leverage the new funding to accelerate user acquisition and scale its presence, particularly in India, where it has already garnered over 1 million users and logged 900 million meme swipes.
