NODWIN Gaming, a subsidiary of Nazara Technologies, has announced the acquisition of Trinity Gaming, a leading gaming agency, for ₹24 crore ($2.8 million). The deal is structured through a combination of a secondary sale and a stock swap, with ₹4.8 crore paid in cash and ₹19.2 crore settled through NODWIN shares.
As part of the agreement, Trinity Gaming’s founders, Abhishek Aggarwal and Shivam Rao, will become shareholders in NODWIN Gaming while continuing to manage Trinity’s operations.
Founded in 2019 by Aggarwal and Rao, Trinity Gaming has established itself as a significant player in India’s gaming influencer ecosystem.
It is the only Gaming Multi-Channel Network (MCN) for YouTube in India and a Creator Service Provider (CSP) for Meta.
The agency manages over 1,000 creators nationwide and has collaborated with major brands like Samsung, Realme, iQOO, and Krafton, offering expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and influencer management.
Founded in 2015 by Akshat Rathee and Gautam Virk, NODWIN Gaming is a prominent player in the esports and gaming ecosystem. The company organizes esports tournaments and offers services such as content production, talent management, sponsorships and brand integration, white-label solutions, and content distribution across multiple broadcast platforms.
NODWIN Gaming intends to leverage Trinity Gaming’s expertise to enhance its reach in emerging markets such as Africa, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and the Middle East.
NODWIN will integrate its Unpaused Talent business with Trinity, with the latter’s founders leading the combined operations.
The company has previously acquired notable entities, including Comic Con India, Freaks 4U Gaming (a German esports marketing agency), Turkish gaming firm Publishme, live events platform Branded, and Ninja Global.
