Medtech Startup SVASTEK Raises INR 2 Cr in Seed Funding

SVASTEK, a Delhi-based medtech startup, has successfully raised INR 2 crore in a seed funding round led by IAN Angel Fund.

The company plans to utilize the funds to launch its patented ALLTIP-enabled NIV mask nationwide, strengthen its distributor network, expand its clinical application team, and increase awareness through medical conferences and targeted outreach initiatives.

Founded in 2022 by Arita Abrol, SVASTEK focuses on tackling challenges in respiratory and critical care through patented, innovative solutions tailored for large-scale hospital use.

Its flagship product, the ALLTIP Technology-enabled NIV mask, revolutionizes non-invasive ventilation by delivering nutrition concurrently, enhancing clinical outcomes, and mitigating malnutrition risks for patients on long-term respiratory support.

Speaking about the funding milestone, Arita Abrol, Founder of SVASTEK, stated:

India’s respiratory and critical care market is valued at approximately INR 48,500 crore (around $5.8 billion) and is expanding at a robust compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 8.3%. This growth presents substantial opportunities for SVASTEK to scale its offerings.

SVASTEK envisions expanding its product portfolio and global footprint to establish itself as a leader in respiratory care. By focusing on innovation, affordability, and accessibility, the startup aims to set new benchmarks in healthcare delivery.
