Shark Tank India Season 4 fame Indulge Global, a Goa-based luxury concierge services startup, has raised $1 million (approximately ₹8.6 crore) from Gautham Pai and angel investor Nikhil Shettar, as reported by Inc42.
The funds will be used to drive expansion, strengthen the workforce, and enhance the company’s technological infrastructure.
Founded in 2022 by Karan Bhangay and Advita Bihani, Indulge Global specializes in providing luxury lifestyle concierge services tailored to ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
The company offers bespoke travel arrangements, lifestyle management, and exclusive experiences. Since its inception, Indulge Global has experienced remarkable growth, scaling from just three clients to over 180 ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.
The startup operates on a subscription model, offering two membership plans priced at ₹50,000 and ₹4 lakh per year.
Members receive access to a dedicated concierge team, referred to as “Genies,” who handle luxury requests such as securing reservations at Michelin-starred restaurants or arranging tickets for global events like Wimbledon and Tomorrowland.
Indulge Global aims to serve 12,000 families globally by 2025, combining innovative technology and personalized service to redefine the luxury experience.
Their clientele includes notable figures such as industrialist Kunal Shah, cricketer Washington Sundar, and actor Arjun Kapoor.
Recently, the company launched the Indulge App, touted as the “world’s most expensive app,” which enables users to access luxury trends and purchase high-end products like watches, yachts, and villas.
In an increasingly competitive market, Indulge Global operates alongside established concierge services like Quintessentially Lifestyle, Red Beryl, and A La Concierge.
