Mumbai-based Vibrasense, developed by Ayati Devices, made a strong impression on Shark Tank India Season 4.
Founded in 2019 by Nishant Kathpal, the healthcare startup focuses on detecting neuropathy and foot complications caused by diabetes.
Kathpal entered the tank seeking ₹1 crore for 2% equity, valuing Vibrasense at ₹50 crore.
He showcased their innovative diabetic foot screener, designed to help clinicians save time while maintaining diagnostic accuracy.
The device also assists neuropathic patients in monitoring their condition for more effective treatment.
During the pitch, Kathpal highlighted that Vibrasense has been deployed in over 40,000 locations and exported to more than 15 countries worldwide.
Recognizing the importance of the company’s mission, Sharks Peeyush Bansal and Namita Thapar offered a deal of ₹1 crore for 4.76% equity, which Kathpal accepted.

Headquartered in Bengaluru, Vibrasense is a patented, made-in-India product developed by Ayati Devices. It applies a controlled vibration stimulus to the skin to help detect neuropathy at an early stage.
The company is incubated at SINE, IIT Bombay, and has received the prestigious BIRAC BIG Grant from the Government of India, reinforcing its credibility in the med-tech space.
