ZenStatement, an innovative AI-powered finance automation and cash flow management platform, has successfully raised $1.62 million in its seed funding round. The investment round was led by 3One4 Capital and Boldcap VC, with additional participation from Dynamis Ventures and Atrium Angels.

The funding also saw contributions from prominent angel investors and industry veterans, including Michael Boyd, Chetan Venugopal, Ankit Nagori, Kulin Shah, Ankit Fatehpuria, and Sujayath and Navaneeth, further highlighting ZenStatement’s growing credibility in the financial technology space.

The fresh capital infusion will play a crucial role in expanding ZenStatement’s product offerings and building a solid sales and marketing infrastructure to accelerate its presence across both domestic and international markets.
