Two Point O Capital, a climate financing platform, has successfully raised $6.3 million in a seed funding round aimed at advancing clean energy initiatives.

The investment round was led by Omnivore, with participation from Multiply Ventures, RTP Global, GrowX, Spectrum Impact, and several prominent angel investors.

The fresh funds will be utilized to upgrade the platform’s technology for sourcing, funding, and managing decentralized clean energy projects. Additionally, Two Point O Capital plans to expand its team with top-tier talent to support its growing operations.

Founded in 2024 by Archit Mehrotra, Karan Bhutani, Manya Ranjan, and Shashidhar Reddy, Two Point O Capital specializes in providing flexible financing solutions for clean energy projects, particularly in the commercial and industrial sectors.

Based in Gurugram, the company focuses on decentralized energy initiatives such as solar rooftops, energy efficiency, and wastewater treatment. They offer financing options including leasing and capital expenditure (capex) models.
