Enterprise AI startup Singulr AI has secured $10 million in a seed funding round led by Nexus Venture Partners and Dell Technologies Capital.

The funding will drive the company’s efforts to strengthen AI governance and security for enterprises.

Alongside the funding announcement, Singulr AI launched the general availability of its enterprise AI governance and security platform, which is already in use across the technology, finance, and healthcare sectors.

Founded in 2023 by Shiv Agarwal and Abhijit Sharma, Singulr AI helps technology, IT, and security teams scale AI adoption safely and efficiently.

The platform enables companies to cut costs by reducing unnecessary AI usage while protecting sensitive data.

It monitors employee interactions with AI systems, models, and applications to prevent data leaks from file uploads or prompt inputs.

The platform empowers CIO and IT operations teams to optimize AI service usage while helping CISO and risk teams streamline the onboarding of approved AI tools and enforce policies to mitigate data leaks and shadow AI risks.

With offices in Palo Alto and Pune, Singulr AI has launched its platform with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications, ensuring enterprise-grade security and compliance from the outset.
