Hyderabad-based plant-based nutrition brand Earthful has secured ₹5 crore in a seed funding round led by entrepreneur Srinivasan Namala, founder of Porus Labs.

This investment brings Earthful’s total funding to over $1 million to date.

The newly acquired funds will be allocated towards research and development of new products, enhancing brand presence, and building a robust core team, as stated by Earthful.

Established in 2020 by co-founders Veda Gogineni and Sai Sudha G., Earthful is committed to providing 100% natural, plant-based supplements free from chemicals and additives.

The company’s product line includes multivitamins tailored for various age groups and targeted solutions addressing skin health, hair growth, sleep quality, and PCOS management. Notably, Earthful offers plant-based proteins and a natural, junk-free chocolate milk mix powder for children.

In the past year, Earthful has experienced a threefold increase in growth, serving over 100,000 customers with a repeat purchase rate of 40-50%.

The company currently operates at an annual revenue run rate of ₹15 crore and plans to expand into offline retail to make its products more accessible across India.

Earthful’s products are available on major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart, as well as quick-commerce services like Swiggy Instamart.

The company aims to redefine everyday nutrition by offering clean, effective, and accessible plant-based solutions.

In addition to Namala’s investment, Ritesh Agarwal, founder of OYO Rooms, has committed to participating in this funding round following his investment promise on Shark Tank India Season 4.

Earthful’s commitment to transparency and science-backed formulations positions it as a notable contender in the plant-based nutrition sector, competing with established brands like Herbalife, Himalaya, Nutrilite, and Dabur.
