Deeptech startup Dynolt Technologies has raised $1.7 million in its seed funding round, led by Transition VC, with participation from renowned angel investor Yashowardhan Shah.
The Bengaluru-based startup plans to utilize the funds to strengthen its presence in the mobility sector by developing higher-power chargers using wide bandgap semiconductors for fast-charging stations.
Additionally, the company aims to expand into new sectors such as solar and hydrogen, focusing on high-frequency inverters and DC-DC converter applications.
Founded in 2022 by Rajesh Sura and Teja Kumar, Dynolt Technologies specializes in power electronics solutions for clean energy sectors, including e-mobility, energy storage, renewables, and hydrogen.
The company has deployed over 14,000 power converters across India, facilitating more than 30 million charging cycles.

Its embedded software enables efficient control of power converters, making its products scalable and adaptable across various sectors, thus accelerating product development timelines.
The company’s current product portfolio includes power converters for on-board and off-board chargers for two- and three-wheeler electric vehicles (EVs), along with solutions for battery swapping stations.
Dynolt Technologies has built a strong client base, with notable names such as EMO Energy, Sandhar, Bounce, International Battery Company, Numeros Motors, Yulu, Yuma Energy, and River integrating its solutions at scale.
