Bhubaneswar-based startup Indiyanet, a commercial mobility platform, has raised a pre-seed funding round led by PointOne Capital, alongside participation from angel investors.

The funds will support the company’s efforts to expand in regional markets and explore new verticals within the mobility sector.

Founded in 2024 by Subrat Kar, Indiyanet operates Motorfloor and Trucksfloor, platforms specializing in commercial vehicles.

These platforms help consumers make informed purchasing decisions by offering detailed vehicle specifications, photos, on-road prices, and other tools for research.

Focusing on Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, Indiyanet aims to transform transportation services, improving accessibility and efficiency.

Motorfloor currently generates revenue through lead generation fees from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and dealers.

Future plans include expanding into transactional verticals to enable end-to-end commerce in the mobility ecosystem.

Founder Subrat Kar shared his excitement on LinkedIn:

“Super pumped to share our pre-seed round led by PointOne Capital. Our team has worked tirelessly for months to achieve early product-market fit, and this is just the beginning. Let’s build a sustainable, long-term business for our customers, partners, shareholders, and us.”

With a 25-member team based in Bhubaneswar, Indiyanet plans to expand its workforce in back-end operations, content creation, and language localization.
