Pipeshift, an AI infrastructure startup, has raised $2.5 million in a seed funding round led by Y Combinator and SenseAI Ventures.
The round also included participation from Arka Venture Labs, Good News Ventures, Nivesha Ventures, Astir VC, GradCapital, MyAsiaVC, and notable Silicon Valley angel investors.
The funds will be utilized to enhance Pipeshift’s platform and drive adoption across various industries.
Founded in 2023 by Arko Chattopadhyay, Enrique Ferrao, and Pranav Reddy, Pipeshift operates from Bengaluru and San Francisco.
The company provides a cutting-edge Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solution that simplifies the deployment and scaling of open-source AI models across cloud and on-premises infrastructures.
Pipeshift’s comprehensive MLOps stack empowers enterprises to train, deploy, and scale generative AI (GenAI) models, including large language models (LLMs), vision models, and image models, across diverse GPU configurations.
Unlike conventional GPU brokerage services, Pipeshift offers enterprises customization, control, and flexibility over their AI infrastructure.
“Our mission is to empower enterprises to deploy and scale generative AI models efficiently while maintaining control over their infrastructure,” said Arko Chattopadhyay, co-founder and CEO of Pipeshift.
With over 30 enterprise collaborations, including partnerships with companies like NetApp, Pipeshift is solidifying its position as a trusted partner for businesses leveraging AI to enhance operational efficiency and data governance.
