AI.gnosis Secures INR 1 Crore Investment on Shark Tank India

AI.gnosis, a Jaipur-based startup, presented its AI-powered tools on Shark Tank India Season 4, Episode 14.

The founders Divyansh Mangal and Raksheet Jain sought ₹50 lakh for 4% equity, valuing their business at ₹12.5 crore.

They focused on creating tools that cater to each child’s unique way of experiencing the world, helping parents and professionals take timely steps to address developmental concerns.

After detailed discussions, the sharks appreciated the meaningful approach of AI.gnosis. Aman Gupta, Peyush Bansal, and Varun Dua offered ₹1 crore for 8% equity, which the founders accepted.

The deal included financial support as well as guidance from the investors to help the company grow further.
