During their pitch, the founders sought an investment of ₹1 crore for 0.8% equity, valuing the company at ₹125 crores.
Beyond digital education, ZebraLearn has expanded into publishing school books, engaging 1.5 lakh users with their content.

They reported robust financial growth, with revenues of ₹10 lakhs in FY22, ₹3.05 crores in FY23, and ₹10.7 crores in FY24, projecting ₹21-22 crores for the current fiscal year.
After negotiations, Ritesh Agarwal offered ₹1 crore for 1.6% equity, adjusting the company’s valuation to ₹62.5 crores. The deal was finalized on these terms.

The platform offers courses in finance, marketing, HR, and content creation, featuring India-centric, actionable content that is visually engaging and easy to understand.
Their unique approach includes podcasts, flashcards, QR codes, and other value-added content to enhance the learning experience.
