Almonds Ai, a channel loyalty and rewards platform, has raised ₹16 crore (approximately $1.9 million) in a seed funding round.
The investment was led by the promoters of Haldiram’s and JITO Incubation and Innovation Foundation (JIIF), with participation from Venture Catalysts, Ever Grow Capital, Nine ALPS, and individual investors, including Hemant Jain and OfBusiness co-founder Nitin Jain.
The fresh capital will be used to accelerate research and development, expand the workforce, and enhance product capabilities, the company stated.
Founded in 2020 by Abhinav Jain and Apurv Modi, Almonds Ai is revolutionizing how brands engage with their distribution networks through AI-driven solutions.
Its platform focuses on optimizing engagement, training, and incentive structures for retailers, dealers, and industry influencers.
The Gurugram-based company’s Channelverse ecosystem and green loyalty programs are key to its mission of transforming AI-powered loyalty solutions while promoting sustainability.

Currently, Almonds Ai partners with over 100 distribution-focused organizations and connects with a network of 6 million channel partners, including retailers, dealers, and professionals such as drivers, painters, and mechanics.
With its AI-driven platform, the company aims to refine sales channels, enhance partner engagement, and improve customer retention across multiple industries.
