Aquapeya Secures ₹70 Lakh Deal from Ritesh Agarwal and Namita Thapar on Shark Tank India

Aquapeya, a Maharashtra-based beverage company, appeared on Shark Tank India Season 4, Episode 11, and successfully secured a deal.

The brand impressed the sharks with its high-quality offerings, including mineral water, fruit juices, carbonated soft drinks, and energy drinks.

Founded by Tushar Mundada and Ravi Mundada, Aquapeya sought ₹70 lakhs for 2% equity, valuing the company at ₹35 crore.

The founders highlighted their use of advanced technology to maintain freshness and nutritional value while offering customizable flavors and colors tailored to local preferences. This innovative approach caught the sharks’ attention.

After negotiations, Aquapeya secured a deal with Namita Thapar and Ritesh Agarwal for ₹70 lakhs in exchange for 3% equity and a 1% royalty until the investment was recouped, valuing the company at ₹23.33 crore.
