Spintly, a PropTech startup has raised Rs 3.5 crore in an extended seed funding round led by Spyre VC, with participation from Accel India, Chakra Growth Fund, Alumni Ventures, and Doctor Technology.
Previously, Spintly raised $5.36 million from investors such as Letsventure, Riso Capital, Sucseed Indovation, and Accel Nest.
The funds will be used to expand Spintly’s market reach, grow its presence in new countries, strengthen its senior management, and enhance its smart building solutions by integrating AI and machine learning.
Founded in 2017 by Rohin Parkar and Malcolm Dsouza, Spintly offers wireless, cloud-based access control solutions and smart building systems.
The company leverages advanced technologies like IoT, Edge AI, and smartphone-based technology to improve building operations and make them more efficient and user-friendly.
Spintly’s solutions help enterprise and property management companies streamline their operations and enhance security.
By integrating with existing software systems, Spintly’s platform enables easy connections with third-party systems via APIs and SDKs, making it ideal for modernizing buildings into intelligent spaces.
Spintly claims that its solutions are deployed across 24 million square feet of real estate, serving over 500 customers and impacting more than half a million users worldwide.
