NG Earsafe Secures Rs 1.06 Crore in Seed Funding Led by IPV

NG Earsafe, a brand specializing in safe listening solutions, has raised Rs 1.06 crore in a seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures (IPV).

The funds will be used to increase brand visibility, expand market outreach, and develop innovative products, according to the company’s announcement.

This investment is aimed at boosting NG Earsafe’s presence in the market and driving the launch of new products designed to meet the growing demand for safe and comfortable listening options.

About NG Earsafe

Founded in 2017 by Meet Shah and Raj Shah, NG Earsafe is an ENT-certified brand known for its open-ear headphones, which use Air Conduction and Bone Conduction Technology. This technology ensures a safe listening experience by transmitting sound through vibrations, bypassing the eardrum to reduce the risk of ear damage.

The brand has sold over 43,000 headphones since its inception and built a d2c presence on e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.

The company’s products are also available in more than 100 retail stores, including well-known chains such as Sangeetha and Phonewale. It has an annual revenue run rate of Rs 10 crore.

The brand has been recognized in the industry, named a finalist at the Retail Startup Awards in 2022, and won the 1st prize at Aakar, IIT Bombay, in 2019.

The recent funding will help NG Earsafe increase category awareness and continue developing products to meet the demand for safe listening solutions while expanding its market presence across India.
